Order Processing
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We deliver to:

Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect locations (must be registered with Australia Post)
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us ASAP at [your support email] so we can update the address before dispatch.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post, delivery is out of our control—but we're here to help.
